Dhanashree is a Bachelor of Arts and has completed her LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai University. She was empanelled with various Nationalised Banks of India for whom she provided legal Opinion on varied subjects of day to day Banking.

 

While empanelled, she handled varied documentation for banks including but not limited to Title clearance certificates. She verified and drafted documents for building and development projects supporting the lending activities of the Bank.

 

She vetted the agreements entered into by the Bank with its clients and identified and plugged lacunas and shortcomings. She advised the Banks on the course of action to be followed in the matter of Non Performing Assets. She also advised on Securitization process and required agreements for the same.

 

Her banking experience includes contentious issues as well. She is a litigator with the High Court, Bombay and Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai.

She drafted Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Deeds of Confirmation, Conveyance documents, Power of Attorneys, Rent/Lease Agreements and other sale related documents for the clients.
