Sharmila is responsible for overall operational efficiency in addition to managing the Human Resource, Finance and Admin functions at ROYZZ & CO.

 

With the real world experience that she brings to the table, she plays a key role in advising our Clients on critical Human Resource and employment related issues.

 

During her career in HR spanning 2 decades, she had played various pivotal roles such HR Business Partner and Global HR Head for leading Companies with a track record of building high-performance teams and influencing desired business outcomes.
