Dhaval has more than 16 years of experience in real estate related commercial transactions and litigation. At ROYZZ & Co., Dhaval leads the Real Estate & Infrastructure Practice Group.

Dhaval has previously worked in leading law firms and his experience includes advising global MNCs and Indian entities in Information Technology, Telecom, Courier, Express and Retail sectors.

He has led complex real estate transactions including conveyance, due diligence, title searches, amongst others. He is an expert in Testamentary and Asset Transfer matters. He has been involved in several Private Equity transactions and understands the nuances of General Corporate practice which lends a holistic approach to his practice. He has strategized Dispute Resolution matters including Arbitration and Litigation in various forums such as the Supreme Court, High Court and the Company Law Board.
